Coaching and Personal Training
Personal training programs are designed around client's needs, schedule, and goals. Cardio, circuits and sport specific work can also be programmed beyond the basic strength work. No matter what your goals are, together we can set a plan in place that will help you reach them. I will coach and guide you and hold you accountable. Having a coach allows another person to do all the thinking and planning for you as long as you are coachable! Along with your training programs, you'll also receive feedback and analysis from me, weekly check-ins, and direct access to me. Prices for program creation, personal training and nutrition coaching vary greatly depending on the individual and goals. Please schedule a free consultation!

Lifestyle & Nutrition Coaching
Lifestyle nutrition coaching is a specialized form of coaching that focuses on helping individuals make sustainable and healthy dietary changes to improve their overall well-being and lifestyle. It involves working with clients to develop personalized nutrition plans and guiding them towards making better food choices to achieve their health and wellness goals. Key elements include: education, goal setting, meal planning, behavior change and more. Lifestyle coaching takes a holistic approach, addressing various dimensions of a person's life, such as physical health, mental well-being, emotional balance, relationships, career, and personal growth. Typically nutrition coaching will also include custom macro calculations and adjustment, though intuitive and mindful eating habits may also be used.
